Strength
Strength is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. This workout will burn calories, tone your entire body, and increase core strength.
Step
Step combines basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. You will raise your heart rate and burn calories! There are options for low impact or higher depending on your fitness needs.
Barre
Barre fitness combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
Hybrid
Hybrid combines strength, cardio and resistance.
