Group fitness is a great way to find motivation and accountability, and our instructors provide assistance with form and help you get results. We have a variety of class options to fit everyone!
TONE is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. This workout will burn calories, tone your entire body, and increase core strength.
STEP combines basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. You will raise your heart rate and burn calories! There are options for low impact or higher depending on your fitness needs.
CORE is a challenging 30-minute class that targets your core – from your knees to your shoulders! It’s all about building core strength, improving functional fitness of the abdominals, mid-section, and glutes.
HIIT is 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. With three varying workout types, Strength, Cardio, and Plyometrics, you will be pushed by our instructors. You will improve strength, build lean muscle, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning using high-intensity exercises. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. The time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
STRETCH & MOBILITY
Mobility is the ability to move freely and easily, while stretching is a key way to help achieve this. Mobility training can improve the range of motion of our joints and muscles. It can assist in improving our posture. Mobility training can alleviate ‘everyday’ aches and pains as well as improve our body awareness. Stretching helps reduce the risk of injuries, and enable your muscles to work most effectively. This group class will become one of your favorites – it’s an essential class for any age and ability!
STRONG BY ZUMBA
Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to the last rep, and maybe even five more.
This program is designed to introduce kids to exercise and CrossFit concepts. The class duration is relatively short and its play-based curriculum is entirely geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills.
